Joseph Neustein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine in 1977. He is licensed to practice in the state of Texas and is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Neustein’s professional memberships include the El Paso County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association and the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons. He serves as an adjunct professor of surgery with the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. In addition, Dr. Neustein is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
