Prior to earning his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, Alan W. Pittle received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. After graduating from medical school, he completed an externship with the Lubbock Osteopathic Hospital, Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Pittle is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is board certified by the National Board of Examiners and the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

He previously served as the Head of the Department of Podiatry at Sierra Medical Center where he was also a member of the Executive Committee for several years. His other hospital appointments include Providence Memorial Hospital, Las Palmas Medical Center and Del Sol Medical Center.

Dr. Pittle is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association
