Jorge Arango graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine in 1985. He completed his training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University District Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Arango is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Arango’s specialty is ear surgery.
