Michael L. Cutolo earned a B.A. from Iona College, New Rochelle, N.Y., before graduating from the California College of Podiatric Medicine with his doctorate. His surgical residency was completed at Westchester General Hospital in Miami, Florida.

He serves as the Southwestern General Hospital Director of Podiatric Medical Education. In addition, he is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
