Efren De la Rosa received a degree in biology before graduating from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. His post-graduate training was completed with a podiatric residency at Los Angeles County/University of Southern California and a podiatric surgical residency at the Delano Regional Medical Center. Dr. De la Rosa is licensed in the states of Texas and California. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. De la Rosa’s hospital affiliations include El Paso Surgical Center, Southwestern General Hospital, Sierra Medical Center, Providence Memorial Hospital, Las Palmas Medical Center, Rio Vista Rehabilitation Hospital, East El Paso Surgery Center, Del Sol Medical Center and the Surgical Institute of El Paso.

He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. De la Rosa’s other memberships are with the American Podiatric Medical Association, the American Association of Diabetic Educators, the Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
